I started training at TWIST when I was nine years old, and now I am about to turn seventeen. It is safe to say that TWIST is my second home. Working out from such a young age at a place so motivating has made me the person I am today, and has helped me reach some of my largest goals.

I owe TWIST for teaching me that working hard in the gym will set you apart. Having the opportunity to workout with some of the best trainers and surrounded by unbelievable athletes has given me the confidence to know that if I work hard I can get to where I want to be.

There is something that burns inside of us as TWIST athletes – we are happy to come to the gym five times a week during the summer for two hour workouts; we want to beat the person next to us in a race; we all want to get better. This drive does come from within, but I do not think it would be as evident in me in all areas of my life if I did not have the people around me to bring it out. Working out has become a part of me and I do not know how I would be doing without it. I thank TWIST for reaching the goals that I have reached so far, but I know that as much as I want to keep being successful, they want that for me as well.

I started with TWIST in Sept of 2012.
I feel my body is slower to rebuild, but I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I have the ability now to do things I thought would never be simple again. The trainers that I am working with are so incredible. They have helped me to see my potential and power and they encourage me every week to challenge my self.

I have had may set backs and have always over pushed myself to be as strong and as powerful as I was in my 20’s walking on mountain tops at 12,000 feet.

I am an active mid-fifties adult and have been training at TWIST for over 3 years. Conditioning is certainly more of a challenge at my age but they have provided me with a very effective option. The coaches take the time to understand my needs, goals and limitations with a very knowledgeable and personalized approach. TWIST is not a generic fitness facility where someone is given a “trainer” t-shirt and then unleashed on the masses.
