Since I started at TWIST I’ve felt a huge benefit to my energy, strength, stress and other health indicators. Can’t deny the health benefit of weight loss too, it’s now 47lbs for me and that feels great too. I needed to be active every day and make some eating changes, and so far so good. All the coaches have been fantastic and TWIST has become a very important part of my life.
I started with TWIST in Sept of 2012.
I feel my body is slower to rebuild, but I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I have the ability now to do things I thought would never be simple again. The trainers that I am working with are so incredible. They have helped me to see my potential and power and they encourage me every week to challenge my self.
I have had may set backs and have always over pushed myself to be as strong and as powerful as I was in my 20’s walking on mountain tops at 12,000 feet.

You continue to inspire me, motivate me, and keep me focused on my goals. You push me past my comfort zone and reign me in when I get ahead of myself. You’ve helped me get through the inevitable stalls in weight loss by reminding me of all the other measures of success I’m achieving weekly in my workouts.
You treat me like an athlete in training and it’s rubbing off on me.
I no longer diet and exercise. I eat right and train. Like an athlete!
