Our PEAK PERFORMANCE PROGRAM is back and better than ever!

We’ve spent the last few months updating our youth sport conditioning program and acquiring new equipment, such as the PowerSkater, to ensure our young athletes will excel in their Dryland conditioning during these unprecedented times.

Our Peak Performance Program is specifically designed to take the individual needs of each young athlete into account along with the mechanics of their sport to form an elite training experience, similar to how we train our Olympic athletes.

One of our Performance Coaches will work with each athlete’s schedule for games, practices, tournaments or competitions and determine which means of training will help maximize the athlete’s performance.

It’s crucial at this age that proper form and technique are used, along with mindset and focus exercises to make sure they are taught when to push and how to hit their ‘peak’ without overtraining.

Sessions run Monday to Friday from 3:30 – 4:30

The Peak Performance Program is a recognized External Sport Credentials Program under the Province of British Columbia. For more information on how to use the External Sport Credentials Program as credit towards graduation, please click on the button below.
