Vancouver Giants

The Vancouver Giants have formed a new partnership with Peter TWIST and TWIST Performance and Wellness, and Aaron Klatt has been named the team’s new Strength and Conditioning Coach.

TWIST has helped me so much as a gymnast. My strength, speed, endurance, explosiveness and overall performance have all improved. Aaron is so much fun to train with & has helped me in so many ways, he motivates me to work hard each session. Aaron also makes sure I’m always using the proper technique which is great because that will help me prevent injuries when I train and compete at gymnastics. I’ve recommended TWIST to my fellow gymnasts and many of them train with TWIST now and are also so happy with the results they are seeing.
